Brian Clement in Geneva in June 2010 - 23/06/2010
Director of the Hippocrates Health Institute in Florida, Brian Clement comes to visit Geneva once a year and gives a talk on the latest thinking and research findings to cure diseases and support optimal health. During the past two visits, Brian explained how the science is finally backing up what has been observed in the past 40 years: eating live foods is the ultimate body cleanser and consciousness trigger, as these foods provide positive brain and cell energy. This energy is what helps us sustain positive thoughts. Regarding veganism, Dr. Clement explains that humans are not built to consume animal food which kills the body’s natural energy and creates negative emotions such as fear and violence. According to Brian Clement living foods bring high frequency nutrients, including hormones to help our cells communicate, oxygen to allow nutrients to be digested, phytonutrients to prevent or fight disease and enzymes to provide high energy. Additionally, seven aspects of food are essential for optimal health: 1. Antioxidants, 2. Vitamins, 3. Minerals and trace elements, 4. Proteins (from plant sources, 5. Electrical charge (to increase the biofrequency of our cells), 6. Energy and 7. Longevity. To live longer, we must seek to achieve the highest possible quality nutrition in lowest quantities, which in effect means choosing only foods that are nutrient dense.
More specifically this means eliminating animal protein, eating raw organic foods and eating less food – which is only possible when a state of emotional harmony is achieved. Daily exercise is a must, as is spiritual awareness and connectiveness – those who heal have these. “Positive reinforcement leads to high levels of energy as well as increased quality of life and health”, said Dr. Clement.
