Dates and Reservation
Here is a list of the next Simply Raw classes taught in English. Reservation and payment information is below.
Fermentation Master Class: Saturday 31 March (full) and Sunday 1 April 2012
Simply Raw Class Level 1: Saturday 28 April 2012
Raw Chocolate Workshop: Saturday in November 2012 (date to be confirmed)
Please note that many of our classes are given in French. If you speak French well enough to understand, you may want to join one. Keep in mind that Amy will be able to give you additional explanations as needed, and the class booklet is available in English. To see a list of classes in French, click here.
Do sign up to our waiting list if you’d like to attend one of our other classes in English and as soon as we have enough people interested we will suggest some dates. To sign up, contact us here (class at simplyraw.ch).

Reservation
Seats are limited. Reserve yours now! E-mail us here (class at simplyraw.ch). Please make sure to specify which class you want to attend, and provide us with your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. Payment is required in advance, it can be made by electronic transfer or credit card (see information below).
Payments
The price for the Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 classes is CHF 195.- to be paid in advance.Payment via electronic transfer to postal account: CCP 10-729894-4, Simplement Cru, 1110 Morges

Note: If using a postal payment slip at the post office, please add CHF 2.- for handling fees.
